If you haven’t been introduced to essential oils, consider integrating them into your yoga practice. Like yoga, the practice of aromatherapy strives to support the well-being of body, mind and spirit. Aromatherapy achieves its effects through the application and diffusion of essential oils that influence physical wellness, a positive emotional state and mental clarity. Combining aromatherapy with yoga can powerfully enhance your yoga journey.

Join us to learn more about essential oils and how to incorporate them into your yoga practice... First, we will start with a brief essential oils chat (with Brandie Potter) that will focus on using oils for relaxation and balance. After, Lindsey Mease will guide you through a relaxing 1-hour slow flow yoga session.
